Welcome to the 2025 Fox Run Golf Club!
This season we are excited to be working with Meadowlands Golf Course and Head Pro Dean Dereniuk! We will work with the following schedule pending any weather problems. If we do experience any weather issues (rain, lightning, etc) we will notify families through School Messenger (text & email) and post the new, rescheduled date below as well.
Schedule:
- 7Lesson #1 - May 13th at 3:30-4:30pm
- 8Lesson #1 - May 15th at 3:30-4:30pm
- 7Lesson #2 - May 20th at 3:30-4:30pm
- 8Lesson #2 - May 22nd at 3:30-4:30pm
- 7Lesson #3 - May 27th at 3:30-4:30pm
- 8Lesson #3 - May 29th at 3:30-4:30pm
- Mini-tournament - June 6th
- 12:15pm - students load the Fox Run bus
- 1:00pm - students start tee-times within their groups of four players (plus a Parent Chaperone) for a Texas Scramble format
- *some Parent Chaperones still needed (email drattray@cesd73.ca if you are available)
- Chip/Putt Contest for groups waiting to tee off or finish first (details tba)
- Pizza (and water) will be available to players on the bus on the way to the course
- 4:00pm - student will arrive back at the school for pick up
Other important information:
- Forms - online field trip forms will be emailed to parents May 8-9
- Fees - the fee of $95 will be attached to each student athelete's online fee payment account
- Transportation - students will be transported to Meadowlands Golf Course and back to the school for pick up after lessons (approx. 4:45pm) and the tournament (time tbd)
- Club storage - students should take their clubs home with them after each lesson to ensure that they are stored safely
